Description

The LYYT RGB LED strip Y-splitter lead is a three-way cable accessory with 4-pin connectors (B, R, G, V+) designed to split a single RGB LED tape run into two parallel branches. One input connector receives power and signal from a controller or amplifier, and two output connectors feed separate tape runs without needing additional wiring back to the source.

Used in residential and commercial RGB tape installations where a single controller needs to power two separate runs such as opposite sides of a room, split ceiling coves, or divided under-cabinet lighting. Each output cable is rated to 2A, making the splitter suitable for RGB tape lengths up to approximately 5m per branch depending on the tape’s power draw per metre. The 4-pin connectors fit standard 10mm and 12mm RGB LED tape with matching pin spacing.
