This MR16 ceramic lamp holder accepts standard GU5.3 pin-base lamps and provides a secure socket connection designed to withstand repeated lamp changes without contact degradation. The holder uses a ceramic body rather than plastic, giving it resistance to heat and mechanical stress where low-voltage MR16 downlights operate continuously or on frequent switching cycles.

Designed for low-voltage downlight installations in residential, retail and commercial environments, the holder connects to existing 12V drivers or transformers via two 0.5mm heat-resistant fly leads. The 90mm lead length allows the holder to be positioned inside a ceiling void, recessed fitting or track housing with sufficient cable run to reach a terminal block or driver output. The GU5.3 pin spacing is compatible with all standard MR16 halogen and LED lamps rated for 12V operation.
