Description

The PowerMaster 16W LED bulkhead gear tray is a 243mm circular aluminium PCB carrying 16W of integrated LED chips, with built-in CCT switching between 3000K warm white, 4000K cool white and 6500K daylight. An integrated microwave motion sensor sits on the PCB surface and triggers the LEDs when motion is detected, providing automatic hands-free control in utility rooms, corridors, storerooms and commercial back-of-house spaces.

Designed as a replacement or upgrade component for existing circular bulkhead housings, the gear tray clips or screws into place inside the fitting’s rear housing, connecting to mains via quick-fit push terminals that accept 3-way or 4-way wiring. The microwave sensor operates through most non-metallic bulkhead diffusers, so the tray can retrofit into opaque, frosted or clear polycarbonate housings without line-of-sight requirements.
