Description

The QTX G-shape mounting hook is a galvanised steel clamp designed to suspend lighting fixtures from horizontal bars, truss and scaffolding poles up to 55mm diameter. The hook’s G-shaped profile wraps over the top of the pole and clamps underneath using a threaded bolt and wing-nut assembly, securing the fixture without tools once the clamp is hand-tightened.

Used in stage, studio, exhibition and mobile DJ setups where lighting needs to be rigged quickly and repositioned between events, the hook suits PAR cans, moving heads, wash lights and other fixtures with a mounting bracket accepting an M10 or M12 bolt. The 20kg load rating handles most compact and mid-size stage fixtures, though heavier moving heads and wash lights should be verified against the fixture’s own weight specification before rigging.

The galvanised finish provides corrosion resistance for hooks stored in flight cases or used in outdoor festival rigging
