Description

The T8 LED Tube is a linear fluorescent-tube replacement built around a standard G13 two-pin cap, the fitting most existing batten and strip housings already use. It draws just 9W yet pushes out 1440 lumens, standing in for an older 95W tube while using a fraction of the power. The light is a crisp 6500K daylight tone with a wide 220 degree beam, so the output spreads broadly rather than throwing a narrow spot. In US terms this is the familiar T8 tube light, and at 160 lm/W it is an efficient swap for tired fluorescents.

Daylight at 6500K with a CRI of Ra 80 suits places where clear, neutral light matters more than warmth, such as garages, workshops, utility rooms, store rooms and home offices. The broad 220 degree spread means a single tube lights a workbench or shelf run evenly rather than leaving dark edges, and several fitted along a ceiling line give consistent task brightness across a room. It is rated IP20 for dry indo
