The table lamp Uovo is a design by Ben Swildens from 1972, which has gained the status of a contemporary design icon. Its form is inspired by the natural shape of an egg a symbol of harmony, balance, and beginnings. The delicate shade made of white, satin glass has been hand-blown, allowing it to emit a soft, even light that subtly fills the space. Uovo acts as a light sculpture drawing attention with its purity of form while bringing tranquility and warmth to the interior. The collection is available in three sizes, allowing the lamp to be suited for both a small bedside table and a spacious living room, where the largest version can serve as a central element of the arrangement. This incredibly versatile design works well in minimalist, modernist, natural, and classically elegant spaces. Uovo is a timeless object simple yet sophisticated, perfect for those seeking design with character.Design: Ben Swildens
